May was a good month of training -- didn't run quite as many miles as April, but spent more cumulative time training (more sandbag training, rings outside, and started rucking with my new GORUCK Rucker 25L bag with 30 lb ruck plate [more on that to come]).
Part of the reason for the extra training in May versus April is likely that I had more free time after my Spring II term for my Flex MBA with Hopkins finished ~May 11th. Summer term just started on June 1st, though, which will suck up more of my free time, particularly on the weekend…
