Still getting used to that 2021 in the year…
January made for much more training time — combination of being off of school (but Spring semester started on 25 JAN — my very last semester before I graduate from Carey Business School of JHU with my 54-credit MBA!) and trying to chase a Strava goal of 30 hours of training over the month (ambitious, but failed this one).
In the house, I’ve been building my home gym in the garage (side of the gym); more on this to come!
Here’s how January came down, stat-wise:
January 2021:
18.6 hours of training (~0.6 hours/day [36 minutes])
63.6 miles of running (~2.05 miles/day)
30 activities:
15 runs
5 work-outs
3 hikes
7 weight-lifting sessions
December 2020:
15.4 hours of training (~0.5 hours/day [29 minutes])
46.3 miles of running (~1.54 miles/day)
23 activities:
19 runs
2 boxing sessions
2 work-outs
