September 2020 Training Stats

In September, I prioritized weight-lifting over running, wanting to let my feet (and mind) recover from the Burning River 100 Miler, which left my left toes fairly numb (as of now, about 90% recovered, but still some residual numbness / tingling in left toe extremities!).

I also bought the Whoop Strap 3.0, which has given me much more insight into my sleep and daily recovery (more on this to come!).

September 2020:

  • 20.9 hours of training (~0.7 hours/day [42 minutes])

  • 46.3 miles of running (~1.54 miles/day)

  • 33 activities:

    • 11 runs

    • 5 yoga sessions

    • 2 work-outs

    • 1 hike (6.0 miles; 2:44 hrs)

    • 14 weight-lifting sessions

August 2020:

  • 46.8 hours of training (~1.5 hours/day)

  • 187.3 miles of running (~6.04 miles/day)

  • 22 activities:

    • 13 runs

    • 3 yoga sessions

    • 1 work-out

    • 5 weight-lifting sessions
