As alluded to in my May training status post, June brought a busier schedule, primarily from summer school (Strategic Human Capital class, with the Carey Business School), on top of full-time work.
Overall, I ran less miles in June than May, but also took up a Strava “June-July Walking Challenge”, in which one receives a digital badge after having done at least two one-hour+ walks/hikes each week, for a total of eight weeks. For me, I’m doing these as one-hour (or longer) rucks, twice a week, with usually 30 or 40 lbs in my rucksack: Rucker 25L, from GoRuck.
